Our Story

We’re Alan and Janice, the founders of Pause for Thought. Nice to meet you. Over a decade ago, we took a step back from global agencies and Fortune 500 projects.

We built Pause for Thought to cater to brands with a greater purpose and mission. We vowed to put our multi-disciplinary agency experience behind deserving projects we’re passionate about.

Today, we run PfT in a way that allows us to stay close to the work. That’s why we keep our team small in size and robust in experience.
