Janice Pedley  Creative Partner

With an energetic and motivating spirit, Janice enjoys building and evolving brands and watching them grow. She believes that the foundation of good design is a well-crafted strategy–and great design results from interpreting that strategy with visual positioning.

Janice has enjoyed a vibrant career in design–working at leading branding agencies in the US and UK. She is a true partner to her clients, leading projects from conception to reality, at all touchpoints in the brand experience.

Alan McNear  Managing Partner

Alan is a branding consultant specializing in the management of corporate and consumer branding design programs. He works closely with the client to strategically navigate
projects from beginning to end, helping to ensure the faithful translation of brand strategy
and design into reality.

Throughout his career as a branding professional, Alan has led the rollout of corporate and consumer brands, from boutique, entrepreneurial enterprises to far-reaching, internationally recognized companies.

Michelle Lawton  Strategist

Michelle is a consultant specializing in consumer branding and insights.

She has managed strategic positioning, qualitative/quantitative research, package design
and big idea development for brands large and small.

Michelle is also the founder of joyful plate that promotes the joy that good food and
beverages can bring to our lives everyday.

Donna Oetzel  Content Strategist

A consultant with broad experience in brand strategy, digital content, and copywriting of all kinds, Donna develops tone and voice, refines messaging, and helps companies express themselves consistently across all channels.

Donna’s work spans multiple brands and industries, including nonprofit organizations, hospitality, healthcare and pharmaceutical, food and beverage, retail, personal care and technology.

David Schweitzer  Industrial Designer

David is an industrial designer specializing in product and package structural design and innovation. His experience spans projects in diverse categories including food and beverage, house and home, personal care, pharmaceutical, beauty, electronics, scientific, outdoor recreation, toys, and retail display design and development.

David holds multiple design and utility patents for product and packaging design.
